It is really difficult to know what topical treatment options to consider when dealing with a ruptured tympanum. When a difficult multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas otitis occurs, it is very common to have the tympanum ruptured. So, what do you do? Being cautious and upfront with owners about labeling is important.
