What we're mixing:
Falling Leaves
60ml Alsace Riesling
30ml pear brandy
15ml orange curacao
10ml honey syrup (1:1)
5 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Star anise, to garnish
Method:
Stir ingredients over ice. Strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with star anise.
