Eddie thinks the Premier League is already a foregone conclusion, but Guardiola exposed some weaknesses that will prove to be their undoing in the Champions League and FA Cup. The official song for the 2026 FIFA World Cup was released, but does it stand up to classics from the likes of Ricky Martin and Shakira? The Fanatics Flag Football tournament took place over the weekend, but has it changed what Frank thinks Team USA should do heading into the 2026 Olympics?  And Eddie watched 'The Peaky Blinders' movie, 'Greenland 2', and 'Anaconda', but which did he enjoy the most? Frank's trip to Colorado was severely delayed by snow, but neither he nor Eddie get why travelers take out their frustrations on airport staff. Manchester City slipped up again, and it looks like Arsenal will win their first Premier League title in 23 years, even if they're failing to entertain in the process. Meanwhile, Chelsea look to be in some trouble as a result of financial irregularities, and Morocco have won AFCON 2025 on appeal. Venezuela upset the USA in the final of the World Baseball Classic, but the USA players upset Eddie even more by wearing game-worn USA hockey jerseys to the final.  Plus, neither Eddie nor Frank quite gets the hype surrounding 'Marty Supreme' or 'One Battle After Another'.

Eddie has joined Frank in the world of teaching, but he isn't sure that his colleagues are big fans of him. A bad week in the Champions League for English sides looks like it's getting worse, but have the early stages of NFL free agency thrown up any major signings? And India win the 2026 T20 Cricket World Cup as England continue to struggle in the Six Nations. Plus, Eddie still loves 'The Pitt', but he is a bit frustrated with some of the writing. And Frank tries to convince Eddie that Guy Ritchie actually makes good movies. 

Frank and Eddie's pickleball and padel journeys continue, but Eddie has been on the receiving end of some road rage. Tez Johnson's ex-fiancée revealed why their relationship came to an end, but college football players in Mississippi will be delighted to hear that NIL money will no longer be taxed. Eddie is suspicious that some other media networks are stealing ideas from the Big Chill Podcast after Fox Sports revealed an AI version of Colin Cowherd.  Manchester City's latest slip-up has handed advantage back to Arsenal, and Eddie isn't happy with how the potential Premier League Champions are playing, especially after they were handed an easy Champions League draw. 

The USA completed the men's and women's Winter Olympic ice hockey gold medal double, but Eddie isn't certain that the 'miracle on ice' is all that it is cracked up to be. Bodo Glimt's remarkable Champions League run continues, but is the new format finally delivering some excitement?  And 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' wrapped up, but will a good first season be undone by the wait between seasons 1 and 2? And did Eddie deserve a bigger reward for giving someone back their credit card?

The 2026 Winter Olympics are in full swing, but some of the sporting displays are being overshadowed by controversies and drama. After his brief update in the last episode, Frank takes a deeper look at Penisgate and the curling video review system. Eddie is watching more of the Olympics than he thought he would, but has the controversial opinion that they shouldn't be called 'Olympics'.  Plus, ESPN ranks the 60 most difficult sports, Trent Williams' wife is ok with him dating his girlfriend, and Eddie is a tiny bit disappointed with 'The Pitt' not focusing on the boring stuff. 

The Seattle Seahawks won Super Bowl XV in a snoozefest, but which teams from the AFC and NFC will feel like they missed their chance to lift the Lombardi Trophy? Frank thinks it will be a long time until the New England Patriots make it back to the AFC Championship game, and Eddie isn't sure that Kenneth Walker III was the right choice for Super Bowl MVP. Plus, Eddie is enjoying the Winter Olympics more than he thought he would, Manchester City sneak past Liverpool after a thrilling final 15 minutes, and 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' might be the best Game of Thrones TV depiction yet.

Tom Brady has started posting on Instagram like a teenage girl, and Eddie finds it eerily reminiscent of some old pictures of Frank. And Eddie is frustrated by the college football transfer portal, senior leadership at Blackburn Rovers, the Epstein List, and the lack of concern over ties between the Memphis Grizzlies' owner and Russia.
