Benjamin Franklin said “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.”
I don’t know about you, but I refuse to spend my time feeling as if I’m failing when all I needed to do was plan.
Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of things in life I fail at, but the reason why I fail is hardly ever because I did not have a plan.
I refuse to spend all my time in reaction mode, and having a solid plan in place alleviates most of that.
Enter, my “Sunday Night Prep” routine. This is when I plan and prepare to make sure I’m ready for the week ahead. After implementing my “Sunday Night Prep” routine many years ago, the only things I react too now are the ones that are out of my control such as a sick kid or a canceled appointment.
In this episode, I'm breaking down exactly what my “Sunday Night Prep” routine looks like and how I prep for the week based on what matters most to me.
