On this episode the trio sit down with Adam Wagoner, co-founder and principal of Further Architecture Office. They cover Adam's journey from small town Kansas to practicing architecture all over the world. They also go over why he hopped around from place to place early in his career. Lastly they go over how he finally settled down in Denver and what he plans to do with his new company Further Architecture.

He is also a professor at Arapahoe Community College and taught the class that assisted with the rebrand of this podcast. We start off by exploring Jeff’s day to day working in branding as a creative director and talk about his process of working with a company on their branding. They also discuss the classes Jeff teaches and how he became interested in a career in design and branding.

How she is able to help people rebuild or build new homes after natural disasters for affordably and sustainably is also covered. Rebuild team is an LLC and they discuss why she made the change from being a charity to a for profit company. Finally they discuss her future plans with Rebuild team and how she wants it to grow.

On this episode the trio sit down with David Morris, a design principal at The Beck Group in Denver. They discuss his career and how he got to The Beck Group. Then they dive into the world of design build and how they've developed it at The Beck Group. David goes into how they've effectively integrated their contractors into the design process and what it takes to have high quality design work while working as a design build firm.

They discuss her experience going through architecture school in Portugal and why she did not fit in in the schools there. Also, they cover how she managed to work at such a prestigious firm without any prior internships or experience. Mariana also discusses why she has started to create her own brand outside of the firm and how she plans to move forward with her own brand. Finally, Mariana asks what the education experience was like for Jarrett and Jordan and how much that differs from what she experienced in Portugal.
