The Invite is a tastefully done comedy film that examines the importance of communication in relationships through a sexual lens. Despite a forgettable middle chunk, The Interview is a hilariously dumb schlocky film that should have never received the vitriol it first got when it was released. It serves as a cautionary tale as to what studios should not do when it comes to promoting a film.

Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day is a fun sci-fi action adventure film that delves into the complexities of meeting extra terrestrial life, even if parts of the film were better executed in his previous work. Despite some blemishes, I Love Boosters is a hilarious adventure comedy film that proves Boots Riley is still a unique voice in an increasingly sterile American movie system.
