Despite a stellar cast and some memorable performances, Maggie Gyllenhaal’s The Bride! is a tediously dull film that misses on the horror and the humor, but will eventually develop a cult following in the coming years. An emotionless, soulless film despite a great cast, Wuthering Heights overstays its welcome with a daunting 2 hour 16 minute runtime. Check out the bookshop.org link where I recommend Vladimir Nabokov's Pale Fire. My favorite Nabokov book and one of my favorite books I've ever read.
