Marineka was last on Season 3, Episodes 104, 131, 159, 160, 174 and 184, Season 4, Episodes 22, 48 and 61, Season 5, Episodes 149, 210 and 238.     Today we updated Marineka's case and how she is court ordered to go to Turning Corners, LLC (more like cutting corners) for counseling with her daughter, however the counselor has either canceled or called in sick, and on April 10, 2025 quit unexpectedly. Since Marineka pays the father child support, Medicaid is paying for this and apparently Turning Corners is also billing Medicaid. Hello DOGE. Judge Natalie Haskins is awaiting on her report that obviously she will not receive. This also means that Marineka has yet to see her daughter.    Marineka will not stop fighting to see her daughter who needs her. Marineka also described other incidents where the father had tried to obstruct her visits with her daughter. Judge Natalie Haskins must reverse custody for the sake of the best interest of the child.     Slam the Gavel podcast, welcomes back Jessie Lake to the podcast. Jessie was last on Season 5, Episode 241. Today Jessie had an update on her case as well as a recording that was revealed to her of proof of  the forged hair follicle tests, "somebody did something here." To think that an important test could be forged to remove her first set of twins from her is egregious. Her lawyer NEVER provided the court this evidence while Jessie wasted $8,000.00 as her lawyer rushed her, gaslit her and told her he would subpoena until she paid him another $200.00.    Jessie did say that she is now on unsupervised visits for four hours, every other weekend. The girls are calling her "mom" but sometimes call her by her name, but they are also calling another woman, Keisha, "mom." Jessie suspects that the guardian is selling her daughters while letting this other woman raise them. This is child trafficking and child psychological abuse.     Continuing to fight to have her daughters back in her life is something Jessie will not stop fighting for and longs for the day that they are all together having a "normal" family life. It all started November 6th, 2023. The caseworker, B. Bachelor, was rude, made malicious insinuations and wanted John to go into detail about DV that was done to him by his ex while in front of the children. This caseworker criminally conspired with multiple members of the Okaloosa County, FL Sheriff's Department to have him arrested for allegedly being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. However, there was a paperwork issue.... Where is the accountability??     John discussed his story and has a 2023 arrest case sealed by a Federal Judge and a 2022 Civil Rights Violation case sealed as well. Natalia wants her passport back as well as her drivers license despite being in the arrears. She is paying an egregious amount of child support that should never have happened in the first place.     Slam the Gavel welcomes William Danh to the podcast. William has been fighting for his rights to see his daughter for years. His daughter was born in 2012, and didn't even know he had a daughter until 2023 when the mother called him up looking for child support. A paternity test was done. However, the mother, living under various addresses had applied for $20,000 in TANF that was granted. But now that she cannot be located, they are coming after William for the $20,000.00    Despite William's efforts, the courts, Dept. of Child Support Enforcement, CPS and his daughter's Guardian ad Litem have repeatedly ignored his questions. For over a year William has pleaded with them for information on his daughter's whereabouts and safety. They wouldn't answer him. Meanwhile, seven years ago, her mother abandoned her in a home with known drug abuse and neglect. Tragically a four year-old child (daughter's half-brother)  was murdered in that home.
