“Mr. Combs came out of the room, and I just saw a liquor bottle fly past her and hit the wall. He grabbed her by her hair, and started dragging her by her hair into her bedroom. And I could hear what sound like him slapping her. She was screaming. Then Mr. Combs was basically saying, b*tch, when I tell you to come here, you come now, not later.”“Did you intervene?”“No, I was terrified.” This is Day 2 of Diddy’s trial.

“The prosecutors already told you about lubricant, and you may know of his love of baby oil. Is that a federal crime? No.""He uses drugs, he is physical... but is that a federal crime? Some attorneys say the case is decided before opening statements in a trial even begin. They believe the trial begins and ends during jury selection.  Picking 12 people to decide what happens to Sean “Diddy” Combs.  Some potential jurors come in - stating they’ve seen the hotel video of Diddy and Cassie. Others mention that they work at HBO - the same company that released a documentary on Diddy’s case. One juror mentions that they work at the very jail that Diddy is currently housed in.  Diddy intently listens to the jurors getting questioned. At times - he shakes his head no, he smiles, he takes notes, and he jokes around with his famous attorneys.  And sometimes…he looks back and stares at the members of the press.  There are no cameras allowed in a federal courtroom. There are only a few ways of getting out of it alive. The one rule - no matter how good it feels - DO NOT let sleep whisk you away.The only options are as follows:1. Cover yourself completely in plastic and only stick your head out to breathe when necessarily.2. Crawl into a cardboard box and try your best to stay awake.3. The hardest part to understand is - you know that they’re dead but you still expect them to start moving around. That’s what the CSI techs say is the strangest part of their jobs. Well - that and the photographs that they have to take. The evidence log for the case is extensive. There are pictures of the green door that leads into the unit. Unit #1707. Pictures of the thick trail of blood leading from the living room couch, into the hallway, and straight into the bedroom.Pictures of the bloody claw hammer.Pictures of the brain matter scattered all over the carpet. But the two pictures the investigators really are intrigued by are the two letters left behind by the killer. One left for the police. Taunting the police.“Chase me oh - and sorry for the mess.” And another one that reads -“Don’t lose your head. Where is the first place she goes after being released from prison? The investigators and reports want to know…They start following her - into the mountains? The first place she visits has an unsettling feeling. It’s in the middle of the mountains and there is a giant stone monument at the entrance that reads - “final resting place for souls.” What is that pink building?It’s a square baby pink shade colored building with NO doors. Just two tiny prison style windows. That’s it.Outside the building there are all sorts of “offerings” for the spirits… Whoever built this “temple” built it to feed off the energy of dead spirits. The story starts on TikTok. First, with all the things that don’t make sense.  After Gabby goes missing - the only person that knows where she might be is her fiancé Brian Laundrie. But he’s now missing.  He goes missing for a month straight - before his body is found in a local park in Florida… by his parents. The FBI have been searching for over a month, reportedly spending over a million taxpayer dollars - and his parents find his remains within an hour? What about his mom’s “Burn After Reading” letter?She writes that if he needs to bury a body she will bring a shovel.  Or the fact that his remains are completely skeletonized?These are the things that lead people to believe…there is no way Brian Laundrie is actually dead.  The conspiracy being that he faked his death and is now getting away with murdering his fiancee. But how could that even be possible?  Could he really be living in a bunker under his protective parent’s house? How would they be able to pull something like his off? Is there any truth to the conspiracy? What does the Laundrie family know? 

15 days before the murder.  “Hello, I would like to report a dispute. I saw a gentleman slapping the woman.” The police chase after the van life YouTuber couple in their white, sprinter van. By the end of the hour long investigation of questioning both Gabby and Brian - the two police officers step off to the side to figure out what to do next. One officer tells the other -  “Too many times women who are at risk want to go back to their abuser. They don’t want him charged. They don’t want him to go to jail. Then they end up getting worse and worse treatment and then they end up getting killed.”  The officers decide not to press DV charges….against Gabby. 2 people are rushed into the emergency room. The doctors and nurses don’t ask questions - they have one objective in mind. Save these people.  Both are suffering from stab wounds. Sadly, only 1 of them will make it. 8 year old, Haneul, is deceased from multiple stab wounds to her neck, back, and chest.  The 48 year old woman however, is alive.  The nurses try to piece together what might have happened with the little information they have. The older woman is a teacher. The 8 year old girl was attacked in her elementary school.  Perhaps, a knife wielding madman snuck into the school and attacked the little girl. Perhaps, the teacher tried to protect her student but was stabbed in the process. It will be difficult to tell the teacher that her student that she presumably tried to protect - did not make it.  But when the teacher wakes up - the nurses don’t know how to handle the situation anymore.
