228. HeartShare: Is Stubbornness Poisoning Relationships?
In this solocast I talk about the ways stubbornness shows up in our relationships and how detrimental it can be to the flow of connection and harmony. Stubbornness can indeed poison relationships by creating a toxic environment where one or both partners feel the need to always be right, leading to conflicts and a lack of mutual respect. In a relationship, stubbornness can manifest as an inability to admit when one is wrong or to compromise, which can escalate minor issues into major conflicts.
