"Injury is part of the athletic experience. Burnout, setbacks, losses...all of these things are part of being an athlete. There's nothing you can do to eliminate ALL risk of that," shares licensed therapist and sport psychology consultant, Olivia Papakyrikos. She is part of our Lane 9 Membership and Directory.
