403: Season 13 Blu-ray Reveal

It's not often we do sequel episodes, but in this case, we really had to. Episode 376 - Approving the Doctor - with Dave Turbitt (part one) - gave us insight into how merchandise approvals worked during the fourth season of Doctor Who.
