Houston, we have a problem.Both Jeff and I were very excited to start our Fourth Season this week with a big bang, a surge of momentum if you will. We both had a lovely break over the holiday, got to enjoy some down time with our families, and reflect on our Season 3 of Nonsense to help ensure we shot Season 4 out of the proverbial canon.Well, 2026 had other plans for us. As we went to edit our first show of the season, our mixing board completely blew up. I'm talking billowing smoke and sparks; I slowly backed out of the studio like Bill Murray and Harold Ramis did in Ghostbusters when the guy from ConEd shut down the containment grid. Yeah, it is kind of like that over here at Nonsense Studios right now.Anyway, as of this moment our audio engineer is rewiring the entire mixing board, and still no sound is coming out. So while we like to think we are closer to technical Valhalla, we feel like we are still circling around nothing more than "Full Self Recording" at the moment.Wish us luck dear listener, and we'll be back with our regular scheduled Nonsense as soon as we can.Now where is my soldering iron and wire wrapping tool?
