Dave Wondrich has been at the top of the list of people I wanted to taste tiny bottles with since I started the project, so I was thrilled to have him join me. We taste two bottle of 1980s French brandy – Bottle #70: Remy Martin Cognac and Bottle #109: Marquis de Caussade Armagnac. We talk about the differences between the two styles and what makes French brandy so special. Then Dave surprises me with a bottle of 1930s Hennessy which was the perfect topper to this day of brandy tasting!
