If this guidance is finalized, dispatch companies that violate the law, could face civil penalties (if someone wanted to file suit) of up to $10,000. Learn more about the FMCSA's proposed definition of a Dispatch Company in this week's MadGaines episode with transportation lawyer Cassandra Gaines and industry expert Adam Wingfield.  Follow MadGaines LIVE on Apple Podcasts Follow MadGaines LIVE on Spotify More FreightWaves Podcasts Learn more about your ad choices.
