Ep. 3 - Humility and Humanity Make The World Go Round

Two words: cancel culture. Since when did holding each other accountable turn into hoping the worst for others? Hannah Montana said it best: "Everybody makes mistakes... nobody's perfect." Our mistakes don't define us, but our character does. Will we let other people tell us who we are or the One who created us? I should have been cancelled a long time ago, but God redeemed me. Little did I know.

"The world's so much bigger than me and so are it's problems..." Kenzie challenges this mindset by offering advice that encourages others to stay in the know of what's going on in the world, no matter how disheartening. Regardless of how large an issue may seem, we each have been given abilities and opportunities to be proactive and make positive change. Sometimes this starts with conversations with those around us. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Kenzie recalls moments where she has faced anxiety and discusses her struggle with managing panic attacks. Over time, she's come to realize that talking to someone can tremendously help calm down the excess noise in her mind. Little did she know that the people around her want to help. "This episode is for my friends and family (past, present, and future). Thank you for being there and helping me when I struggle, even if I don't always show it outwardly. I'm forever grateful for the people God places around me." - Kenzie
