Earthling Ed speaks to Josh this week about approaching everything from a place of compassion. Following his latest 6,400km trek in China, in which he became the first person to walk the entire length of the Yangtze River, Josh speaks to him about what it took, physically and emotionally in this exciting and motivating episode.

In this special episode, Josh is joined by the remarkable Gabriel Cordell, the first person to roll his wheelchair across the bredth of America. Gabriel speaks to Josh about the life changing accident that crushed his spinal cord and left him paralyzed from his mid-chest down. But most importantly, how he found his strength and determination to persue such a challenge following many years of depression and drug dependancy.

Today Josh is joined by the adventurous and ambitious Alexandra Adams who is a deaf-blind medical student. Jada Sezer was not only the first plus size model to walk the runway in the UK, but is also an ambassador for Young Minds - a charity that is helping young people with mental health concerns. Completed on the 10th November this year, Josh was able to catch Nick in between collecting his passport and his final stretch, as they talk about some of the challenges he encountered along the way, as well as some of his highs, and what drove him to complete such a mighty feat.
