Amy has a master’s degree in human nutrition and is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist, a designation that requires a master’s degree, passing a board exam, and accumulating 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice and other professional nutrition work.

Amy has been following a low carb way of life for more than 15 years, and is the author of the book The Alzheimer’s Antidote: Using a Low-Carb, High-Fat Diet to Fight Alzheimer’s Disease, Memory Loss, and Cognitive Decline. She is active on social media as @TuitNutrition
