This week Jenny Janiki returns to the podcast after many years and her spiritual journey began 16 years ago in India, when she met her Yoga teacher. This marked the beginning of a lifelong inquiry into her true nature and being. She has been studying traditional Vedanta for over a decade and naturally weaves these teachings into all of her sharings. In her teaching, Jenny guides with softness and compassion, creating space for each person’s uniqueness and individual process to unfold naturally. Her background includes Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Womb Yoga, Cranio Sacral Therapy, and Vedanta. She also works with Womb Awakening and Feminine Embodiment practices for women.Jenny shares…“It is our sacred task to restore the feminine as divine and recognize the female body as a holy altar. As women we carry the entire Herstory in our body, and it’s essential to understand both the ancient and modern traumas — living inside your body and psyche. We need to root deeply into the yoni and womb while awakening a sacred connection to the earth if we are to restore our feminine power. The deep feminine awakens in you when you open your heart of love and unlock the creative essence of your womb — the sacred union of creative power and love. When you hold ceremonial spaces suffused with feminine devotion, profound healing, re-connection to self and transformation can take place.”In this episode she shares about her beautiful program, Rooted Body Embodied Woman Facilitator Program. Visit Jenny: https://www.afeminineway.com/rooted-body-facilitator-trainingInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jennyjanaki/Visit Law of Positivism:https://www.instagram.com/lawofpositivism/Website: https://www.lawofpositivism.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lawofpositivism/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/lawofpositivismTikTok: www.tiktok.com/@lawofpositivism
