Hour 2: MLB Insider ESPN Jesse Rogers joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the White Sox, Cubs and the latest MLB storylines from Spring Training in Arizona.  Kap & Tyler let the fans talk with "Ask Kap & Tyler" fans were able to ask them anything.  Tyler Aki was in for J. Hood.

Hour 1:  Kap & Tyler discussed the Cubs and going all in this season.  Kap says Tyler is afraid to go all in on the Cubs, and he's a Kitten Enthusiast.  What's on your Sports Bucket List?  Sports related things you haven't done.  The Winter Olympics have kicked off with a bang, but is Shea the only one that loves watching? Hood discussed ESPN's Matt Bowen says the Bears will beat the Bills in Super Bowl 61.  Adam Silver is tanking NBA All-Star Weekend and more!

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed that the Cubs might be the favorite to sign the best free agent left on the market: Zac Gallen. Would signing Gallen be enough for you to believe the Cubs will win the National League, or does it feel like everyone is playing for 2nd behind the Dodgers? Seattle public schools remain open despite the Seahawks parade. Should you let your kid miss school for sports?  Why does Chris Getz think Luisangel Acuna is a switch hitter? Is this a red flag?

Hour 1:  Portage Indiana Mayor Austin Bonta joined Carmen & Jurko with updates on the hail Mary pass at a privately-funded Chicago Bears stadium built on city-owned land for the Chicago Bears.  Portage Mayor Austin Bonta said the city has proposed to build a stadium on 300 acres of city-owned land on the north side of the city. City officials are calling the proposal “Halas Harbor,” a nod to the Bears’ Halas Hall headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Hood discussed Illinois Basketball Head Coach Brad Underwood who was HEATED about officiating postgame "It's egregious. I don't know what to do with it... I'm frustrated as heck. It changes SO much game-to-game. We had a (ref) tonight we haven't had in two years. Two years." Was he right about being upset?
