The legendary broadcaster Steve Wright died on 12 Feb 2024, he was Janey's freind and boss for 24 years as she was co-host on Steve Wright in the afternoon, the UK's most listened to radio station.  Janey reflects on her years working with Steve, and the incredible legacy he left.  There is a 'sobriety' angle too!  Its because of a guest on Steve's show that Janey quit the booze.

She shares some thoughts on grief, and on the importance of making a commitment to whats important in your life...and going after it.

Janey suggests that the key to it all is awareness of 'authenticity', and self love.  Remember drinking too much is self harming!!
Ditching the booze is the best thing you will ever do for your health and wellbeing
