Today I'm emphasizing the vital importance of daily movement and maintaining a full range of motion to prevent stiffness and injuries, a contrast to the effortless mobility observed in children.
I talk about my own personal experiences of various injuries, illustrating how they can severely impact daily activities and lead to a cycle of compensation that exacerbates further injuries. I also highlight the gradual reduction of range of motion over time, which can leave individuals vulnerable to injuries when engaging in activities requiring greater flexibility.
I also discuss the significance of synovial fluid in joint health, produced through movement, and differentiated between flexibility and mobility, noting that many people experience pain due to a lack of awareness regarding their physical limitations. Through my Bulletproof program, my aim is to restore clients' mobility and flexibility, ultimately helping them avoid injuries and enhance their overall movement capabilities.
