Building a business before having kids versus with kids is so different.

When new moms are looking for advice on how to build a business, they might end up following the advice of someone who has never walked in those shoes.

Running a business and being a mother can definitely co-exist, but it didn't look the way I thought it would. Today, I'm sharing everything I learned building a business as a mom of two young boys.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • Why something has to give when you're building a business while raising babies.
  • The thing about running a business that messed me up the most when I became a mom.
  • Why a shifting timeline doesn't mean that you're behind in this season of life.
  • The lesson new moms have to learn the hard way, and how to use it as a superpower.
  • How to prioritize your time as a parent and what's actually important right now.
  • How being an imperfect mom makes you even more grounded and realistic as a leader.
