Interview with CIHT President Deborah

In the episode, I invited the CIHT president Deborah to share her career journey and why she moved to academia after decades of work in the industry. As a civil engineering student, I have learned a lot from the talking. Deborah gave loads of useful advice for engineering students or graduates. Her story is definitely inspiring and motivating. Cécile is one of my best friends when I did my Master's degree in the UK. Right now she is working as a graduate method engineer in a big construction company in Paris.
