The Diamond Heels ventured south for a series in Clemson this past weekend in hopes from breaking a dubious streak in Doug Kingsmore Stadium. Carolina had lost six straight and eight of the past nine games down there and after Friday's poor showing, that streak extended once again. But freshman Caden Glauber on the mound and freshman Tyler Howe at the plate authored a thrilling 14 inning win on Saturday to set up a 12-5 series clinching win on Sunday against a Clemson team desperate to get their season back on track.
