Inner Work 252: Expand Your Capacity to Receive Goodness and Abundance (Akashic Records Meditation)

As a healing tool, one of the (many) things the Akashic Records can help you do is expand your capacity to receive goodness.   I mean "goodness" in all its forms, including: support from others, aligned relationships and friendships, aligned opportunities, expansion, joy, physical well-being, energetic well-being, material abundance... and more.   The Records can help you feel WORTHY of goodness.   They can help you release old, false, outdated, limiting ideas of yourself as unworthy or undeserving of goodness in your life.   In this new meditation, I guide you through a process to connect to the Akashic Records together, be held in that transformational and loving field, and - from there - expand your capacity to receive abundance from the Universe.   We'll also dismantle false and burdensome beliefs such as: "I must be productive at all times to deserve goodness" "I must prove my value to be considered worthy" "my worth is tied to my productivity and accomplishments" "if I receive more abundance in my life, it takes away from others" "I'm responsible for others' connection to their own goodness" and many others. Have you "bought" into the idea of self-lack? We've all been conditioned, taught, or shown by others (consciously or unconsciously) to believe that we're lacking in some way. This can affect how we see ourselves, our self-perception, and what we believe we're capable of doing, having, and being now. Self-lack refers to the belief or idea that we're somehow not (good) enough, deficient, flawed, or missing something important within ourselves. BUT, at the end of the day... self-lack is just that: an idea. As you work consistently with the Akashic Records, eventually you might get to a place where you're receiving messages, guidance, and insights even BEFORE you've formally opened the Records for yourself. (Or even after you've closed your Records.) This is a good sign that you're returning to your natural state of uninterrupted connectivity to Divine Source, which includes the Akashic Records.
