As the judge imposed the maximum sentence for Brian Walshe, she took the opportunity to let her feelings be known, saying her sentence was appropriate given his  murderous acts and the life trauma he’s caused his children. Rhode Island officials held a late day press conference as the manhunt for the Brown University shooter continued for a fifth day. Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who may have encountered the actual shooter.
