After our shopping trip we decided that we had to at least make an appearance at the circus. Especially since folks seemed so happy that we killed that hydra and everyone wanted to congratulate us. The hard part, we thought, was over. We beat the hydra and avoid drowning somehow but getting hunks of this dead beast and a bunch of underwater treasure back to that rickety ship was harder than we would like to admit. R'Ork magically showed back up but oddly that isn't the most pressing concern right now. Honestly, we felt a little bad about ignoring her apparition but a literal murderous hydra was trying to pull our Too Big of a Boat into an underwater cave. The rules of who are good or bad in all this is so confusing. Sure, we saved the life of someone because a bad guy who had a bounty on their head started making a ruckus but the person we saved also had a bounty on their head. But their crime was selling magical goods to folks not like killing folks and well, sometimes folks need magic items.
