In this episode we discuss emotions! Why do we feel them? Do we have to feel them? And how can we get back in touch with our emotions like the good old days?

In this episode we discuss what values are. How do you get values if you have none? What's the most important value? Why doesn't Chris have any values? This episode has an exercise so a pen and paper will be required!

In todays episode Heather shares her wise wisdom for the majority of the hour whilst Chris writes notes on his notepad and then doesn't do anything with them. If you want to learn about the causes, effects and various other aspects of depression this episode has it all! The only thing it doesn't have is a brief conversation about cooking.

Two people try and force themselves to become relatable to the youth of today by reminiscing on issues that can no longer exist like smallpox. Later Heather gives a lot of helpful information and insight as to why teenagers behave the way they do (backed up with science). And giving them a clear excuses as to why they are tired all the time or forgot to fold their clothes away in their drawers.

In this episode we talk about getting started on the road to recovery, how to identify when you need help, how to get started and also sharing some experiences on what the journey can look like as you get back on your feet. Apologies for the break in between episodes, it has nothing to do with Chris.

In this episode Heather unravels the mysteries of social anxiety and educating us all on the potential causes, effects and treatments. Chris sometimes says things that may or may not be relevant to the topic of discussion. Cooking is also never bought up in this episode, in fact, we actually stay on topic.

In todays episode we talk about living with chronic illnesses. Chris chimes in with his knowledge from watching 15 minutes of videos on YouTube for a different subject entirely. There is a large amount of educational and helpful content coming from Heather as always though, as you'd expect from an actual professional.

After a small break we are back talking about THE MENOPAUSE!!! I say "we are talking" I say Heather is talking. Chris just breathes down the microphone at points.

Today in a special podcast because Chris is doing the majority of the talking, we discuss social media and its effects on mental health. I'm sure that in between Chris's incomprehensible rantings there will be advice and information we can all use!
