TFT Complex Trauma Tapping Sequence:
Tapping Sequence - 6 to 12 Taps Per Point:
Get SUDs level;
Side of hand (Karate chop point);
Under nose;
Eyebrow point;
Under the eye;
Under arm;
Collarbone;
Tiny finger;
Collarbone;
Index finger;
Collarbone;

Apply 9-Gamut Sequence
9-Gamut - Tap the Gamut Point Continually
Close your eyes;
Open your eyes;
Eyes down to left then back to center;
Eyes down to right then back to center;
Close your eyes and then open your eyes;
Head straight, look up to 12 o'clock and clircle your eyes clockwise back to 12 o'clock then circle back counter clockwise back again to 12 o'clock. Close your eyes;
Hum a few bars of any song such as "Happy Birthday" or "Row, Row, Row Your Boat";
Count 1 to 5 out loud
Hum again.
Repeat the tapping sequence:
Side of hand (Karate chop point), etc. through all of the original tapping points.
End by allowing a loving in and out breath and say the word "Peace".
Check your SUDs level and repeat above sequence if needed.
Lock in new calmer state of mind and body by doing the Floor to Ceiling Eye Roll while tapping the Gamut point.
