Can engineering education be delivered in a better, more engaging way? Will a diverse, socially conscience, talented generation of designers and engineers change the world for the better? Does (G)en(Z)gineers work as a pun for a podcast title?

Elvis Tinago and Isabella Mascarenhas are two people that think so.  They head up the community Engineering department at RS Group - not only a global provider of components and parts for millions of engineers - but also an influential voice in the future of engineering education. Ellie is away this week so Alby & Ashik head to London to hear about what makes Gen-Z engineers different from those that have gone before, RS’s hugely popular DesignSpark platform, and why Elvis left his engineering career to pursue something bigger.

If you think Engineering and design can change for the better, this is well worth a listen - Elvis and Isabella really are experts in their field.
