Rural Buses - what would a good bus network look like in rural Wales? The Welsh Government is set to trial a new bus franchise in communities in Ceredigion and Powys to bring about reform and a more customer-focused, integrated network of services. An all-Wales Avian Influenza Prevention Zone is introduced in Wales, requiring all keepers of poultry and other captive birds to practice good biosecurity and vigilance to protect their flocks.
