Regular training has had a massively positive impact on females for decades now, although the misconception behind prenatal clients being unable to do is something I would like to encourage others to educate themselves a little more on too.
I myself have no experience of what it is like to carry a child nor go through the experience of bringing on into the world, but that being said I make it my mission to be able to meet each client at where they are at in their health and fitness journey and pregnancy should not stop that. Rather than be put off the idea of continuing to exercise let’s understand the why behind how it can benefit that individual.
