Here I talk about my experiences during my first deployment to Africa.

In our 2nd episode we speak to redders, a navy veteran with a story to share. We first speak about his up bringing and joining the navy, we then move onto a bit about the navy itself and some funny stories. Once leaving the navy we talk about streaming on Facebook and then lastly dealing with mental health and redders advice and thoughts on the subject.
