Enjoyed chatting with former Navy SEAL Commander Scott Harris.  Scott just retired from his time as a Navy SEAL after 28 years serving our country.  He started as a young man enlisting in the Navy, we talk about this time pre- 9/11 and then becoming an officer in the SEAL teams and numerous deployments across the globe as a young Ensign, rising all the way to the rank of Commander.  We chat about his transition to the civilian world, the experience in the program With your Shield and his first foray into finding a civilian job, and the challenges that follow.  Amazing career for an amazing leader, enjoy!

Great episode with my good friend Kevin Rahm.  People know him from his amazing acting career on shows like Desperate Housewives, Judging Amy and Mad Men, but most people don't know he is a Gold Star Family member.  His father was Captain John Rahm, who was an Army officer and helicopter pilot in the famed 1st Air Cav in Vietnam. Captain Rahm served two tours but sadly was shot down and died at the young age of 22, when Kevin was 13 months old.  Kevin shares his story growing up without a father, his journey of handling that and how he found his passion in acting.  Wonderful podcast, enjoy! 

Welcome back Patriots!  Glad to present our latest podcast with Kade Pittman.  Kade was in Naval Special Warfare as a SWCC which is Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman.  He was also trained as a SOCM (Special Operations Combat Medic).  He talks about his upbringing as a Division 1 football player at Nebraska, his journey to Naval Special Warfare and his time in active duty.  He also shares his horrific parachute accident which caused lasting TBI issues and led to his medical discharge from the Navy.  He discusses his new movie related career alongside is badass wife Renae.  Enjoy! 

Crazy and amazing podcast with former Navy SEAL Justin Garza.  Justin spent 12 years in the SEAL teams, with Seal Team 3 and also as the Combatives instructor.  He now is finishing UCLA film school, just finished a project with Chris Pratt and director Antoine Fuqua.  We had a great talk about his transition from the SEALs to civilian life, his faith and path he is on now.  And the story of the tiger at 55:20, tears in your eyes funny.  Enjoy!

Had a great podcast with two former Navy SEALs, Brian Call, who you will remember from Episode 3 and Dr. Jay Pietrzak who after his service in the Seal teams earned his Doctorate of Psychology and now works with veterans as they make their lives out of the military.  Lots of great information, we had the podcast up in the beautiful mountains so a little echo in my vocals, but well worth a listen to the fantastic information from Dr. Jay and Brian. We had a great time with former British Royal Marines and British SBS soldier Richard Mann.  Dr. Glenn Fox co-hosted with me (listen to Episode 5 for more about Glenn's amazing work) and we did our first Zoom interview over the pond with Richard.  He enlisted in the vaunted Royal Marines at 17, went through the grueling qualification course there and served in The Troubles in Northern Ireland.  Richard then went through selection and became a member of the ultra secret and famous British SBS (Special Boat Service).  It was great to hear about his service, and his journey after he separated from the military.  He and Glenn chatted about some of their work on performance psychology, coaching and counseling.  Richard now works with veterans and athletes and is writing a book.  Great, short episode but full of fantastic information.  Check out Richard at https://www.mannonamission.uk

Wonderful podcast with the beautiful and brave Brooke Keating and Bravo 16 himself, former frogman Greg Sisa.  Brooke is the widow of Navy SEAL Charles Keating IV who died in combat and was awarded the Navy Cross posthumously for his bravery.  We talked about her journey as a Gold Star Family member, and through tragedy was born the C4foundation.org which has helped thousands of SEALs and their families through their ranch and programs.  Brooke also shares about her new ventures, including a podcast with Tara Crenshaw, and her bright future ahead.  Emotional but amazing, enjoy the podcast with Brooke Keating.

Bravo 16 Podcast welcomes Dr. Glenn Fox. Glenn is a passionate supporter of Veterans and their journey from the military to civilian life. He received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from USC where he focused on gratitude, empathy, and neuroplasticity. Glenn supports and guides veterans through the C4 Foundation, the USC With Your Shield Program, studies of Force Recon Marines at Camp Pendleton, and many others. We had a great podcast discussing gratitude and the many ways it can support the warriors and civilians alike, enjoy!

It was an absolute honor to have retired Master Sergeant John Martin on the show.  John is a 25 year combat veteran and medic (18D) with the United States Army Special Forces, the coveted "Green Berets".  We had a great long podcast, doing a deep dive into his long career starting with the 82nd Airborne and on to the Army Special Forces as a combat medic.  The last 30 minutes we dug deep into what John calls the "Hidden Wounds" that he suffered through, TBI and PTS and the struggle that goes with these combat injuries that you cannot see.  John now teaches medical training through Lineage Defense, lineagedefense.com, if you want bad ass medic training and TACMED class, check out his August 1st class.
