In this episode I discuss the reasons behind why we, as women, struggle to stick to cycle syncing or implement it. I also talk on the basics of the menstrual cycle by breaking it down in a simple manner and discuss all the phases and relating hormone fluctuations. I discuss how to eat, exercise and live in a way to best support your body in each phase. I also mention simple ways to start cycle syncing! šŸ’ Side note: I am not a doctor, I donā€™t have a medical background. These are simple recommendations. I am speaking from a space of having gone through my own journey with period loss and imbalanced hormones, as well as studying holistic health and being certified as an integrative nutrition health coach.
