Brood Surveys (early update), Fishing the Keys, and Fighting Big Oil

In this episode of The Method Men we talk alot about overlooked small things that we do with young dogs that helps set them up for the future!  We talk about using paint rollers with puppies for retrieving, the downside of letting dogs chew on tennis balls, and how to interupt bad decisions in training.

This one was fun! Michael joins me this week to talk about his new bird dog and his new found love for chasing upland birds with his dog, Juniper.  We talk alot about chasing birds in Montana including huns, blue grouse, and pheasants and sharptails. We then switch gears and talk fishing! 

This is the first installment of a monthly episode series that we will be recording together to talk about dog training.  In this one we dig into puppy "training" including crate training, the importance of being on a tie out, and much much more.
