Series 2 Episode 5 - It's E to Zee!

Well it's been a little whilst since we spoke - actually 2 years according to Zee! We've got so much to talk about. Episode 1 is just us bringing you up to speed with what we've been up to, new health regimes, weight loss, more running and lots of other chatter. It feels like we've never been away. A has just returned from completing the Ultra X Jordan Ultra marathon. He talks about the experience and what it's like to run in 35 degree heat across sand. We talk feet, friendship, focus and finishing the race. Enjoy!
