Posterior reversible encephalopathy is due to hypertension and in the clamshell and due to some medication like Prograf if I asked him and cyclosporine in which patients have a very high blood pressure vision loss and cephalopathy and seizures it’s an auto immune issue 10 to 25% of hemorrhage as well controlled blood pressure and do good symptomatic treatment.
