In this episode, I am solo and musing on the spiritual journey. It's not always about constant striving to get to where you think you want to be. Not all forward movement is ultimately helpful to wholistic, spiritual success. Quite often, it's the times in between happenings, the uncertainty or the rest periods where you may not know what the next step will be, that are the most helpful in bringing you resolution and understanding. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is be where you are on an emotional level. What are you feeling?
