It took 300 days, and finally, Torben experienced the freedom in the midst of the persecution that the early disciples faced. For the next 120 days, God called him to create this teaching series and write two books. We are seeing true transformation here in Mexico, spreading to other places and churches. What we are witnessing right now is extraordinary. We are working together with many pastors and their churches, and it is not just another conference or meeting; we are seeing transformation and reformation. The churches' DNA is being changed so that those who experience it can never go back. Many pastors have even decided to be baptized again, as their previous baptisms as children did not involve repentance. Now, they are experiencing a new reality filled with the Holy Spirit, leading to a freedom from sin that they have never felt before. In the last three weeks, we have seen seven pastors baptized, and we are currently working with several pastors and leaders on more training and teaching. What is happening is beautiful and unique. It is the fruit of what God did in jail. He spoke about this. On this week’s episode of the podcast we are discussing the prosperity Gospel.There is a big problem with the "prosperity gospel" which has been influencing so many people - but it's also a problem if we go in the other "ditch" and try to live the "poverty gospel." There is a middle road where God wants us to walk when it comes to money. This is the fourth teaching in the series LIVING BY FAITH, where this time we are looking at a very important verse in Proverbs 30: Pro 30:7 "Two things I ask of you, LORD; do not refuse me before I die: Pro 30:8 Keep falsehood and lies far from me; give the neither poverty nor riches, but give me only my daily bread. Pro 30:9, I may have too much and disown you and say, 'Who is the LORD?' Or I may become poor and steal, and so dishonor the name of my God." We are looking at the balance between being rich and being poor, and how the Bible is clear that God is TESTING us when it comes to money.  We need to learn how it is to live in FAITH - how it is to KNOW that we have a Father in Heaven who WILL take care of us!  Jesus said that we should not worry about food, about clothes, or about any of those things.  Instead, we should look at the birds in the sky and at the flowers in the field.  When God takes care of THEM, will He not also take care of US?  In this third lesson of our series LIVING BY FAITH, I'm sharing some amazing testimonies of how we started to step into this life - how God took care of us - how God gives to us according to our needs - and how we can live a life dependent on Him and no other!  I believe this teaching will bless many of you, but it will also challenge you as we are looking at Jesus' words that "No one can serve two masters.  We cannot serve both God and mammon."  Follow Torben's Story here:TorbenSondergaard.comLive the Life of a Disciple of Jesus:TheLastReformation.com

This is an important teaching about what the Bible says about provision - about money. We're going to look at Paul and how he, for a season, was a tent-maker, but also how he had time where he got supported in another way.
