Welcome to the penultimate episode of the Voice of 5G podcast! This week, we are joined by our North American colleagues and network experts, Sashieka Seneviratne and Paul Challoner. We focus on three hot topics for the area - Open RAN, sustainability and monetization. We discuss various use cases in the sporting world, including the power of network slicing when watching diving championships, as well as touching upon non-terrestrial and terrestrial networks, rApps, FWA and more.

This week, we're joined by Peter Jonsson and Peter Linder to jump into the latest Ericsson Mobility Report which came out in June. We dive deeper into the importance of differentiated services, traffic patterns and changes in the 5G landscape together with Peter and Peter.

This episode, we're joined by Andrea Dona from Vodafone and Blessing Makumbe from Ericsson to talk about how standalone 5G and network slicing was used in the broadcasting of King Charles III's coronation in London in May, which was the first time in Britain a commerical slice of 5G SA was used at such a big and monumental event. Gaming spans across lots of different end services, ranging from mobile games like 'Wordle' to console games like 'The Last of Us.' 5G is very important when it comes to gaming as it can power new opportunities, especially through network slicing. This episode we're joined by Jim Sephton, the Managing Director of UK Hado. Hado is an accessible and fun 'technosport' that allows users to play with people all around the world. We are also joined by Ericsson's very own Mats Johansson, Senior 5G Marketing Manager specializing in 5G monetization and network slicing.

This is part 4, the very last part of our MWC series, where we focus on the mobile networks, which are of specific interest to service providers. We dive deeper into areas like sustainability, specifically energy-efficiency with radios and massive MIMO. We also discuss private networks, network slicing, use cases and GPS systems!
