This one is based on our own current experiences, Marie started navigating the fascinating world of looking for a new job and realised something: why are men selling themselves so much better than us women? With a little bit of googling we found out there is such a thing as the gendered confidence gap and then we rumbled on about it in true TSAN style. Hope it helps/inspires someone out there!
