A judge denied the release of 40-year-old mom of four, Corie Walsh during her first court appearance after strangling her 2-year-old son Barrett last week, saying she remains a risk to her other children and husband. Walsh’s attorneys wanted their client sent to a mental health facility, claiming Walsh had a fascination with the Lindsay Clancy trial while suffering a psychotic event at the time of the murder.
