Lindsay Clancy Holdout Juror’s Attorney Says Kevin Reddington Has “Lost His Mind”

The attorney for the lone holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial is defending his client, saying Michael Desronvil had zero doubt about his decision and has “a mountain of evidence” to back up his decision. Edward Paltzik also had a message for Clancy’s attorney,  Kevin Reddington “and to the deranged individuals who think that the murder of three innocent children is okay: You will never break Michael, because Michael is indestructible."  Paltzik is speaking the day before Reddington goes to court to ask for a formal investigation into the holdout juror, calling him an “obstructionist” juror. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

The second full week of testimony is underway in the Caleb Flynn murder trial. The former American Idol alum is accused of murdering his wife of 15 years, Ashely Flynn. On Friday, Flynn sobbed once again in court as a detective played both of his interrogation videos, recorded on the day of his wife’s murder. Detectives also testified to what they found in Ashely’s phone, saying there was no evidence Ashley was having an affair like Caleb claimed, but there was evidence she knew of Caleb’s affair, at one point texting him, “you can be honest, was it her?”See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

18-year-old Kingston Bradley has been charged with malice murder after neighbors saw him carrying a plastic tub with a dismembered torso inside. Police had just left that same apartment complex after a woman’s family reported her missing, claiming her cell phone’s location was nearby. Investigators then found more body parts in the trunk of Bradley’s vehicle that were later identified as missing 26-year-old Shanteria Mosley.  Bradley’s father is now speaking out, defending himself and pointing to his son’s years long history of mental illness.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

There are two new studies out that show younger people aren’t having as much sex and it’s a fairly significant shift from a decade ago. The Institute for Family Studies found that nearly 25 percent of adults ages 18 to 29 haven’t had sex in the past year. A recent Playboy study found the same results, and now experts are looking into why. Authorities now believe 29-year-old mother of four, Tasia Fortune, was murdered during a drug dispute and then, her body was hanged in a tree in a “staged” scene. Jackson police say Fortune fought with her attackers before she was killed, and now 45-year-old Eric Clark has also been charged with her murder. 25-year-old Earnest Lloyd Jr. and 51-year-old Jarques Ratliff are also facing capital murder charges for her death.
