Humans have been doing moon rituals since the dawn of time. From a time when all we had was our senses, nature and our faith in a higher power, we have honored the energy that the moon creates.  The moon, mother and ruler of our emotions and of the feminine energy, helps us put some POWER into our intentions.  Each phase of the moon brings a portal in which we can send our intentions.  The FULL moon is all about RELEASING.  This full moon in Gemini is the last full moon of 2021! What a great time to release and let go of things that no longer serve us. Starting on Saturday, December 18th, the full in Gemini invites us to take a look at the relationships and words we no longer want to carry with us into 2022. How does obsession keep us from reaching our higher selves?  By keeping us fixated on things and people of this realm.  In order to elevate we must consume the temptations of this world in MODERATION.  Excess leads us to become obsessed. Many different religions have written about the dangers of idolizing things and people and how to control our minds in order to TRANSCEND.  In this episode I explore the idea of becoming lighter by letting go of the things we obsess about. The only things that are constant in our existence are change....and death. With change must come new set of skills and behaviors that will help us survive. As you grow and change, you must unlearn ideas, thoughts, or behaviors that no longer serve your higher self. We can not keep outdated thought processes if we truly wish to become better human beings.  Unlearning is the process of letting go of thoughts or behaviors that once used to support our old selves. Some of which are passed down passively from our family, friends and environments. However, the more conscious you become and the more in control you wish to be in your life, you have to start questioning those thoughts or behaviors. You have to become ACTIVE in what information your brain stores. You must determine which information will help you be authentically you and which information is only there to support the imposter.  This episode explores how our brains work and how we can make better behaviors stick. How we can expose ourselves to different information that better serves who we wish to be.  Let's explore how we can become more authentically ourselves by way of unlearning!

We are very powerful beings, whether we are aware of that power or not. What is power without an energy source? Our emotions and thoughts either promote our power or keeps it trapped in our fears or anxieties.  When we go out into the world we also affect others because we are a collective. Our energy transfers into everyone we encounter and to everything we do. We tend to forget this and sometimes end up spreading negative feelings or contribute to negative energy. This can be devastating to our relationships or how things flow in our lives.  Within our vessels, our temples, our bodies we harness our energy. We have the 7 chakras that run up and down our spines. When those chakras are blocked or polluted we become stagnant. We may not experience joy, pleasure, good communication, compassion or we may not feel connected to the source. So it is important to know how to balance and cleanse our center storing chakras so that everything flows better in life.  What others think about us or the "vibes" they send our way can also make us feel attacked. These negative vibes can manifest into something called a psychic attack and it is important to know how you can protect yourself and how you block these psychic attacks.  Just like there is positive energy there is negative energy. In this new age metaphysical movement we see how so called witches or wizards try to take advantage of the lost souls all around us. They use spells or hexes to try to control others or change the course of a person's life. However, when you mess with energy you mess with the source. Whatever you send out to the universe you receive tens times stronger. It is important that we are mindful and conscientious as to the energy we put out and how we use our power source.  How can we cleanse our energy? Luckily our creator gifted us with tools that are meant to help us stay connected and balanced. What are those tools and how do we use them? I talk about that as well. We are all connected and that fiber that connects us is energy.  Namaste!
