It's all been a bit much lately, to be honest. I've achieved LOADS with dumbbells in my living room, but to really see and feel those gains, I felt it was time to get to the gym, use the machines and start lifting more with a wider selection of weights. Who's with me?!👹 I knew discussing diet, fitness and weight loss would invite criticism and nastiness but this episode marks the last time we'll talk about it.
