Shanetta McDonald is a somatic life coach, writer and mother who has been coaching women in recovery from eating disorders for over a decade. Drawing from 13 years of recovery and training in somatic practices, she helps women reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their stories and create lives rooted in clarity.

She is the host of the podcast Your Body Knows and has appeared in Allure, InStyle, Essence and Refinery29.
