A sixth person has died days after a major crash in Terrell that officials say was caused by a semitruck driver who fell asleep at the wheel. Sgt. Five people were killed and several others were injured in a multi-vehicle crash that shut down Interstate 20 near Terrell on Saturday afternoon, according to Sgt. Kyle Bradford of the Texas Department of Public Safety. The crash occurred after a semi-truck driver, 27-year-old Alexis Osmani Gonzalez-Companioni, fell asleep while driving.
