A more upbeat week on Planet Albion - eight goals, several scorers, excellent performances and a rise in confidence ahead of the weekend. Just remind the TV pundits of this, the radar we are flying under seems to have been smashed to bits.

Justin rejoins Ady & Al to go over the Leeds game, while Mark - for those of you just jetting in from Mars, is putting on a play - A PLAY, NOT A DOCUMENTARY – called 'Stand or Fall' at the Theatre Royal in Brighton, so has come on to tell us all about it.

A look back at the Tromsø and Chelsea matches, plus a look at a manic last few days of the transfer window, which kept Brian Own very busy indeed.

Aby Shepherd of the Shegulls OSC, and Jason Thackeray join Ady and Al to discuss a comfortable 3-0 home win for the men's team over Wolves, and a manic 3-2 FA Cup semi-final victory for the Shegulls over Liverpool.

An unwarranted - and rare - defeat in Newcastle, where the Toon's goals weren't the barndoors the Albion needed them to be. Plus we get a further lowdown on the news of the Albion's new women's stadium plans.
